The Cisco Cannon adapter plate is a 5 by 5 inch mounting plate that adapts any Cannon downrigger equipped with a stationary or swivel base. The holes are all 1/4-20 threaded, with the exception of the interior countersunk holes. It attaches to Cisco Multi-Mounts and Lund, Tracker and Alumacraft mounts.
