Low Price Guarantee

We keep our prices low every day — and we’ll back that up. If you find the exact same item advertised for less at another store, tell us before you order and we’ll match or beat their total price.

How it works

  1. Find the identical item — same brand, same model, same manufacturer part number — advertised at a lower price by another U.S. retailer.
  2. Message us through our Contact Us page before placing your order. Include the competitor’s name, a link to the listing, and the manufacturer part number.
  3. We’ll verify the price and availability. If it qualifies, we’ll send you a one-time code to check out at the matched price — and we’ll take an additional 10% off the difference between our price and theirs.

The details

  • The comparison is total price to total price: item price plus shipping and any required fees, theirs against ours figured the same way.
  • The item must be brand new and factory sealed, and in stock at the competitor and available to ship at the time of your request.
  • The competitor must be a legitimate U.S. retail store selling at an advertised price we can verify from your link. Price quotes given by phone or email don’t qualify.
  • This guarantee does not apply to: marketplace and third-party sellers (such as Amazon Marketplace, eBay, or Walmart Marketplace sellers), auctions, membership or warehouse clubs, clearance, closeout, liquidation or going-out-of-business sales, open-box, refurbished, used or demo items, gift-with-purchase, financing or rebate promotions, prices requiring a coupon code, or obvious pricing errors.
  • Where a manufacturer sets a minimum advertised price (MAP), we can match down to that price but not below it.
  • Requests must be made before you purchase — we can’t apply the guarantee to past orders. One match per item, and a matched price can’t be combined with any other discount or offer. Quantities may be limited.
  • Every request is verified by us, and our determination of whether a competitor’s price qualifies is final. We may change or end this guarantee at any time; any match we’ve already approved will be honored.
