The Fireboy-Xintex propane fume detector with plastic sensor and solenoid valve is made to detect propane leaks early and automatically close the solenoid valve to shut off the gas supply. It has a 2-3/16 inch round black bezel display with LEDs and a silence and test button, sounds a 68 dBA alarm and lights a red LED at 20 percent of the lower explosive limit, and operates on 9 to 30VDC.
