The Shakespeare Galaxy 5018 is a VHF antenna measuring 15 feet 2 inches with 9dB gain on the VHF marine band. It uses phased 1/2 wave elements in a collinear array with a choking sleeve, brass and copper elements, and a stainless steel ferrule with standard 1 inch-14 thread. It includes a 20 foot RG-8/X low-loss cable with a PL-259 connector, has a maximum input of 150W, and is suggested for use with Shakespeare Style 409-R or 410-R mounting kits.
