The Ritchie HF-743W Helmsman Compass is a white flush mount compass that fits a 4 inch mounting hole. It has a 3-3/4 inch dial, built-in green NiteVu night illumination, built-in compensators, a movable sun shield, and 45 degree lubber lines, and it reads from both front and rear with standard 12V lighting.
