The Cisco XPREV is an aluminum revolving handle for planer reels — no plastic handle here. It is machined from solid aluminum, with inner working components in aluminum and stainless steel for a smooth, fluent revolution every time. Cisco recommends every electric reel owner carry one as a spare in case of electrical failure or a wiring malfunction; the reel is sold separately.
