Craig Rod Holders change position easily by pulling out on the holder tube at the the spring loaded dome shaped base, setting the angle until it locks into one of the 8 indexed positions. Easy, positive, one handed position changes are possible on the water, with out tools. These units can also be turned to one of the 24 indexed positions by simply pulling straight up on the rod holder tube and rotating to the desired location.
